We took at quick weekend trip to Austin, TX to visit with Dave's Step-Brother, Doug and his wife Lizzy. That weekend Doug would be blessing thier new baby boy but more on that later.
We made a quick stop to "Willie's Place" which is owned by Willie Nelson. This is a combined restaurant, gas station and general store and it was a lot of fun.
After a wonderful lunch at "Salt Lick" a local BBQ restaurant we decovered that we had a flat tire. We made it to Discount Tire and had it changed and then we were off to the state capital of Texas!
We were on the 4th fllor of the capital rotunda when our son decided to stick his head through the railing. The problem is that he is so skinny that his whole body could have right through! Needless to say Dad and Mom lost 5 years of their life due to fright which they can not afford to loose!
