Last week our little girl was once again selected as "Shipmate of the Week". Liz and I were excited to join in on this fun event. First they read the news which was broadcast throughout the school on TV monitors. Next we all stood and said the national and Texas Pledge of allegiance and sang the school song. Then they had each child come up to the camera and they said their name and which class they were from. Our little girl did a GREAT job and we are proud of her! On our way out we visited our son's classroom and they were on their way out to go to PE. A fun day for all!

i just love those moments in their lives. it's always the little memories that they carry with them forever. mine is of my dad buying me marbles and army men when he would come home from work. It showed he thought and cared about me that day. good times.
